For instance, if you have a broken iPod or know people who do, tell him that.

Dear Steve Jobs,
I know you're a busy man, so I'll keep this short. As an iPod user, I'm concerned about the life and afterlife of my iPod, and therefore want to urge you to do the following:
- Perform impact testing and work to improve the durability of iPods.
- Design iPods for disassembly rather than trash bins. This means removing toxic chemicals such as polyvinyl chloride and engineering individual parts for easier re-use.
- Stop impeding recycling efforts by lobbying against e-waste legislation and computer takeback bills, and by making token gestures toward recycling. Implement — and promote — a real, global takeback program.
Sincerely,
Your name here
You'll need to copy letter, print it out and mail it yourself. Apologies for our 19th century ways. The last time we tried to make an automatic form, spammers overtook it an used it for evil.
